Return Policy

You have the possibility to return, for an exchange or refund request, any product ordered on the website within 15 days following the reception of your order. The return costs are to be paid by the customer. However, if you request an exchange, we will organize the shipment of the new item.

The item must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way will be refused. Please be careful when trying them on, as we cannot accept items that have make-up stains and/or smell like perfume. Items must be returned to our warehouse prior to refund or exchange.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your return to our warehouse. Your refund can only be made by bank transfer. We will then ask you to provide us with your bank details which you can send us at the following email address


Make a return

Log in to your account by going to “My Account”. Go to the completed orders, then click on “Return Item” next to the item you wish to return. Fill in the following fields in the return request :

  • Item to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Select return or request an exchange
  • Comments (optional)
  • Once completed, click on “Submit a Return Request”.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return request has been sent.

Once your return request has been authorized, we will contact you by email and provide you with a Return Authorization Number, return address details and a return form, which must be included in your return package.

Please be patient to receive all return information before sending a return package. Our office is closed on weekends, so if you submit a return request online on the weekend, we will not respond until Monday.

* Note: We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return the goods and keep track of tracking details, as we cannot be held responsible for the loss of your returned item.

We monitor the number of returns made by customers, and ongoing returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or will result in the closure of your Unknown account.
